Success Story

From a missed call to a job packet

How a Markham pool and outdoor-living crew put finished work on the site, then made evening inquiries usable by morning.

What the site actually does

Before/after
Portfolio
Finished pools and patios tagged by neighborhood — Unionville, Markham, Richmond Hill — not a stock homepage.
Photo + spec
Intake
Project type, backyard photos, address, and season land in one packet the estimator can quote from.
York Region
Coverage
Service pages for the streets they actually work, so local and AI search can cite real jobs.
Auto-ack
After hours
Evening and weekend inquiries get an acknowledgement immediately, not a voicemail until morning.

The Challenge

Pool and patio work is sold on finished photos and neighborhood trust. A truck wrap and a Facebook page do not show the last Unionville liner or Markham concrete reno.

Homeowners collect three quotes after dinner. If the inquiry hits voicemail, the job is often gone by morning.

Calls arrived as “someone about a pool” — no photos, no address, no liner versus concrete, no preferred season. Crews could not quote from that.

The site we built

We rebuilt the site around a project gallery — before/after, tagged by neighborhood — and service-area pages for Markham, Unionville, Richmond Hill, and Vaughan.

The job form asks for project type, backyard photos, address, and season. That packet is what the estimator opens, not a missed-call note.

Google Business Profile and local pages give “pool renovation Markham” and AI answers something real to cite, instead of a blank map pin.

What changed

Homeowners can see finished pools on nearby streets before they call.

When they send photos at 9pm, morning starts with a backyard, an address, and a job type — not a voicemail.

Local and AI search can point at actual work. The site is a quoting tool, not a brochure with a phone number.

Key Results Achieved

"
The useful change is not a prettier homepage. People see the finished pools first. When they send photos at 9pm, we already have the backyard, the address, and the job type in the morning.
